The Customer's satisfaction is the priority in our store. That's why we make sure the quality of our products and services are at the highest level. Every complaint will be dealt with by us within 14 days of its receipt. In case of doubts, we will contact the customer directly in order to specify the details and to arrange the date of the complaint consideration.

The manufacturer may be held liable under the guarantee of the products sold under the conditions and for the period specified in the warranty card. If the guarantee document provides such a possibility, you may submit your claim under warranty directly to the authorized service whose address is in the warranty card.
